Job Title - Test Data Management Engineer Location: Wellesley/Quincy Duration: 3-6 month(s) Description/Comment: Job Family Summary Works with IT project teams to identify and provide data to support testing activities. This role requires data analysis, documentation of procedures, and the ability to translate requirements. Candidate should have experience with the payer side of the healthcare industry. QA or business analyst background is ideal. The candidate should be proficient at reading and writing SQL, and automation knowledge (scripting, SOAPUI, QTP) is a plus. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to multi-task and think creatively. Principal Accountabilities Work with IT project testing teams and SMEs to refine and understand requirements Identify and provide data in response to requests Document and manage data sets for reuse and automation purposes Map testing requirements to complex data dependencies across multiple systems and data sources Gather and collate data using all tools available including SQL statements Work with TDM (Test Data Management) team to identify automation opportunities and then to automate extraction and injection processes for data Create business process and data flow charts for customer and technical review Works with project teams, QA testers, and developers to ensure user needs are met Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth level of knowledge, Knowledge In-depth data, Healthcare and QA disciplinary knowledge; leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise. Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL Familiarity with XML and SOAPUI Guidance Work is guided by business plans for the discipline. Actively participates in setting area objectives to meet plans.
