Provide assistance and support to Project Managers and other third parties contracted to work on IT projects in a variety of tasks. These include but are not limited to: document and track project activities publish meeting minutes follow-up on project related issues assigned by project managers handle the actual update to project documents with information provided by project managers and project teams maintain project charters update and maintain the resource pool and reporting relationships maintain the CA Clarity tools for assigned projects including updating project plans and actuals follows up with team members to insure weekly time reports are entered on time and accurately produce reports for project managers and management on a regular basis and as required 2. The PA must be skilled in the use of CA Clarity tools for building a project, establishing project templates and standard methodologies, managing actuals and reporting. 3. Project administrators must be proficient in the use of the CA Clarity software and provide support to project managers and other third parties contracted to perform IT work.
