Sr. Finance Systems Analyst - Technology Initiative Integration Bellevue, WA Please Reference Job ID: 300123-7802-12-304853 Volt has a position available in Bellevue, WA for a Sr. Level Finance Systems Analyst who will be responsible to contribute to the accuracy, efficiency and resilience of the Agency Revenue Accounting (ARA) Team by project managing the Integration of Technology Initiatives; leading Data Integrity Initiatives; performing complex data analyses and backing-up Revenue Systems Manager. Job Responsibilities: Project Management - Core Technology Initiatives: Lead Accounting Stakeholders in assessing the impacts of Technology Initiatives on ARA systems & processes. Document ARA business requirements, risks and issues. ARA's advocate on the Technology Project Team; Monitor progress of Technology Initiatives; Apprise Team Members of status. Plan, coordinate and evaluate results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage exceptions to conclusion. Create project plans and manage Project Teams for projects to be completed within ARA. Includes managing schedules, deliverables, action items, milestones, task assignments, scope, and risks. Data Integrity & Analysis: Become SME on Enterprise Data sets that drive critical ARA processes. Maintain inventory of data elements/sources that drive ARA revenue streams. Perform analyses to evaluate the integrity of Enterprise Data. Partner with EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) and Supply Technology to improve the quality of data logging. Perform ad hoc data analyses to ensure maximum realization of revenue from Suppliers. Revenue Systems Support: Provide secondary support of accounting systems developed, operated and maintained by ARA. Back-up Revenue Systems Manager on recurring operational responsibilities and basic system maintenance. Working knowledge of Accounting/Finance Systems Operations preferred. Working knowledge of Software Development Processes with a focus on e-commerce preferred. Exemplary and demonstrated organizational skills. Very good communication skills. Can liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field required. Minimum 5 years experience in a Technology Company in PM, System Analysis or Data Analysis role. Proficiency in SQL query and SQL database required. Microsoft Access skills required.
