Need someone to design and build a website + backend web app - look at http://www.domain.com.au for an idea Data will be presented on the map and in it's own form on the side. Data will be entered through the backend app, stored in MySQL and presented to the user using PHP and jQuery. There will be many users entering the data with their own username/profile! It is a real estate website - if you have any experience developing real estate web sites it is an advantage but not necessary. Would be great if you are local - Melbourne, Australia but not necessary! Conditions: - MySQL design is made by us - before development we need documentation with pseudo code and the analysis (doesn't have to be in too much detail!) - using nokia maps not google! - using PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL and if needed jQuery - no other languages! - source code has to be commented and in English - we need an estimate of time before the project start for all the phases - price has to be for the whole project = 25% after we receive the documentation and all the source code, 75% after project is finished (uploaded to the server and working!) - if you are also interested in maintaining the website please specify separately!
