Hospice of the Valley is seeking a full time Hospice Team Physician. This position will report to the Chief Medical Officer, and will have responsibility for the medical component of hospice services, provide direct services to hospice and palliative care patients in a variety of settings, provide medical consultation to the Hospice Care Team and area physicians, and promote hospice and palliative medicine throughout the community, including both formal and informal physician education
