eCommerce QA Analyst / Tester Dallas, TX We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced eCommerce QA Analyst Tester with one of our most dynamic clients. The eCommerce QA Analyst / Tester will be responsible for Support the Development of: - Analyze the eCommerce Business Requirements Document and trace to functional and technical documents ensuring no requirements are missed. - Develop and review scenarios and conditions - Write and review step-by-step manual test script instructions - Identify data requirements - Attend meetings with business team. Document and communicate findings with team members - Communicate risks to QA Test Lead at the time of discovery - Manually execute and review test results - Defect initiation and manage retest - Perform other tasks and events associated with the IT Quality Assurance process. eCommerce QA Analyst / Tester Deliverables include - Daily status reports - Completed and reviewed mobile scenarios, conditions, script outlines - Completed and reviewed mobile manual test scripts with step-by-step instructions - Execution results documents for mobile testing - End of Phase reports for mobile testing eCommerce QA Analyst / Tester required skills include - Prior experience testing mobile applications - Experience in the last 4 years writing manual (step-by-step) test scripts for eCommerce applications, web-based applications, and mobile applications. - Experience in the last 4 years testing mobile applications, and eCommerce activities in at least two of the following areas: - Online credit card authorization - Enhancement of Patron Interface - Rich media - Product compare - Product review - jQuery - Email as username - Patron Login functionality eCommerce QA Analyst /Tester Desired Skills Knowledge of eCommerce activities in the following areas: - Experience testing web and mobile based applications - Experience testing mobile eCommerce activities in additional areas listed below: - Web Analytics - Refinement of Patron Notifications - Online authorization for proprietary credit card - Patron login functionality - Site Search - Real-Time Inventory - Online Authorization for Credit Cards - Customer Experience - System Administration - Promotion Enhancements - Product Ordering - SQL - TSO / ISPF - DB2 - IMS DB - Experience in using SQL or File-Aid or File Manager in order to verify results - US Citizenship is a requirement, no exceptions. - Must meet security clearance requirement (NACI) for accessing sensitive corporate data. - Must be able to pass an extensive background check prior to starting the project - NO 3rd party candidates will be accepted CCCi Story Since 1978, CCCi has delivered over nine million hours of IT expertise and support to more than 375 clients.
