The project is for a simple web portal. The details have been attached. Please provide an estimate for the cost of developing the site. I do not require a complete software application (or) a complete website built having a backend CMS. What I'm looking for is just a web portal (maybe just the backend CMS) with the following option as described in details. For reference, please see the attached screenshot of what I want. It's a rough sketch only and not the exact type I want (especially in design).
