Success metrics follow: - Product page conversion rate, measured based on clicks to "buy now" buttons - Email sign up panels throughout the site The desired outcome is the ability to view: - Product conversion rate - Product conversion rate broken down by conversion of each pricing option (so to understand which pricing option are selling the most) - Email sign up panel performance (so, which pages are users signing up from) Scope: - Analytics solution design using Google Analytics - Implementation - Dashboard The site is built on Wordpress.
