The Developer's role is to design, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. The Developer will also analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required. As part of your job responsibilities, you will work within the Agile framework for development as part of the team. Daily updates to TFS as to status and daily calls to discuss dev work and impediments, if any. You will work with different project teams when tools require integration. Strong knowledge of SharePoint required for work on the Portal. You will be required to develop outside the box. Must have strong communication skills and be able to articulate points. Must be able to take initiative and be responsive to the project manager and stakeholders. Should be able to attend discussion with stakeholders and work through questions and provide solutions for consideration. Need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and some work required during releases on the weekend.
