Are you an Intermediate user of the SAP software, and have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems? Our client a large Oilfield Service company located in the Foothills Industrial Park SE, is looking for an Inventory Maintenance, Customer Service Representative. As a selected candidate you will need to carry out and be responsible for the following tasks: Entry and maintenance of chemical order requirements into SAP Recording material movements in SAP Communicate common carrier material shipments to the Shipper/Receiver. Recording chemical receipts in SAP. Quality Control of documentation in SAP. Quality Control of order placements and accuracy Preparation of other shipping documentation as necessary. Filing of important documents and file retention as specified by company directives. Maintenance of returned goods transactions and database. Communicate any production issues or order needs and changes with applicable field personnel. This is a temporary position that may have the opportunity to go Permenant. The successful candidate will need to have their own vehicle to get to and from work, as transit is limited in this area of the city.
