Job Description Lead Systems Consultant Irving, TX * Lead analysis, design and development of application components for company's digital media contact suite * Responsible for finalizing requirements in collaboration with business clients and SMEs * Prepare project plans and lead development resources during implementation and deployment phases * Ensure appropriate production support protocols and monitoring to achieve high system availability and robustness * Understand and develop cost-benefit analysis (including PxQ) for all projects led * Proactively share key aspects of the program with fellow teammates and contribute towards building a strong technical team with business focus * Responsible for keeping management up to date on any outstanding production related issues and lead its resolution * Participate in On Call rotation and provide after hours support as needed. Required: * Ability to assess complex problems, handle/lead large projects in enterprise space for high volume/transaction applications * Ability to develop project plans, position and train resources and lead analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support applications * Project Management certification or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in technical fields is high preferred * Ability to assimilate new technologies and manage change * Ability to work with developers and end users in a professional manner to resolve business critical problems in a high stress environment.
