HR Coordinator/Jr. Recruiter

We have an immediate need for a highly visible On-site Junior Recruiter to join our team in supporting our client, a leading Financial Services company located in Wellesley, MA. As an On-site Junior Recruiter you will be responsible for supporting the Client Program Manager as well as the local Branch Manager in recruiting, administrative, and reporting functions. Such responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, interviewing, processing of payroll/expenses, arranging interviews/phone screens throughout the country, taking the lead on reporting functions, attending meetings with various hiring managers, as well as other duties as needed. You will also be responsible for supporting the Client Program Manager and Branch Manager to ensure financial goals and objectives are met while ensuring full compliance on all policies and procedures. This is an ideal position for someone who is compliance driven and able to interact with all levels of an organization – both candidates and clients – this position is an on-site position working with one of our most important clients in the area! Candidates must have great attention to detail, be sales-minded, and have experience supporting an office in administrative functions. The candidate must be able to travel between our Wellesley On-site location and our local Adecco branch in Framingham, as required for meetings and candidate interviews. The ideal candidate will ensure a high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that provide the highest quality of service to our customer. Job Experience: Candidates must be proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, email and others. Past experience working with Pivot Tables is a plus but is not necessarily required. Past experience as an HR Coordinator, Junior Recruiter, Office Manager, and other similar positions is ideal. The long-term hope with this position is to start someone on the temp-to-perm side as a Jr. Recruiter/HR Coordinator and to transition this person into a Recruiter once the business needs will justify doing so.
