Our client is in need of a Senior Program Management Consultant. The ideal person will have 10+ years of experience working on large enterprise wide IT projects. The ideal person will need to come in assess and re-direct various projects that have not been effectively evaluated and executed. This person will need to ask the right questions of the business and the IT organization. Knowing how to interact with both business users and technical people to elicit requirements and drive the project is essential. The main project this person will be redirecting and developing a new effective and efficient road map for is an information delivery project. Currently the business is using multiple platforms to push, pull, capture information and this is not as effective as it should or could be; there is room for great improvement. The Sr. Program Management Consultant will lay out a plan to consolidate platforms of information capture, establish processes that will improve the general push and pull of information and then map how this information will disperse into various platforms.
