This position is part of an overall Business Analyst team working on areas as diverse as Sign-on, Authentication, Account Balances & transaction history, Alerts, eDocs, and Personal Financial Management. The overall team environment is collaborative and supportive towards providing the best analysis service with consistently high-quality requirements documentation. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). You will be responsible for producing business requirement artifacts including Use Cases, Business and Message Rules, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications, and User Interface Design Specifications for large and complex projects. Be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from Inception through post-Install Transition. Work directly with all levels through to senior management across the organization and be considered the highest-level functioning expert. Basic Qualifications - 10+ years experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting. - 10+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with experience on high volume transactional web applications - Solid knowledge of financial services and Online Banking - Proven ability eliciting and gathering requirements, preferably in Use Case format, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex, high-visibility projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities - Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well-organized, logical, and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving - Solid understanding/knowledge and practical experience using RUP - Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to collaborate effectively with your project team and potentially across a team of Business Analysts focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort - Expertise in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Visio and ideally prior experience with Enterprise Architect and Requisite Pro - Excellent communication skills, including ability to present effectively to both business and technical audiences at all levels of the organization Qualified candidates please apply online or send resume directly to jason.scavone@experis.com.
