Infrastructure Project & Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager Grand Rapids, MN Job Description: Supervision and management of service delivery teams (Should have managed a team of atleast 10) Works closely with service teams to refine and develop service delivery methodology and procedures. Ensures services are provided according to quality standards and documented procedures. Works with the ISD Head to set measurable objectives for the Service Delivery department, such as Time to respond, Time to resolve for service requests and customer satisfaction level Periodically reports the status of team, tickets and SLAs Evaluates performance of employees in the service delivery department. Develops skills of service delivery staff by providing internal/external training opportunities. Resolves escalated customer complaints or problem service requests. Reviews and approves/rejects for modification staff time and expense reports. Required qualifications: Candidates must possess a strong customer-service orientation. Superior project management skills 10 or more years supervisory experience in a technical setting. Broad knowledge of computer network technologies, server systems, and a solid understanding of how information systems support business processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with others in a diverse workplace. A high degree of analytical and problem solving abilities. Preferred qualifications: Management of an organization with headcount of 25-100 Experience in the consulting or outsourcing fields. Customer service expertise. One or more technical certifications.
