BSA: Oracle R12 Supply Chain
Description: Our client in San Francisco is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in the areas of Supply Chain Execution. This individual will support end-user relationships, day-to-day escalations, and issues resolution within the currently implemented Oracle footprint. Individual should be able to provide fully hands on support and problem resolution in Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Inventory on Oracle's e-Business Suite standard functionality. This individual will be part of the Oracle Solutions team working with business users on functional requirements, proposing solutions and coordinating with the development teams and program management office to deliver the solution. This position is highly visible in the organization and requires a person who can guide Supply Chain business teams on the effective utilization of Oracle applications R12. The BSA will act as an internal consultant within the technology and business groups by supporting current processes and recommending new solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities. Responsibilities: Fully hands on support on existing footprint of Oracle Applications R12 Supply Chain Modules, mainly Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP.WMS Work with other business systems analysts and the Bare Escentuals development team in converting the business solution into technical designs. Work as SCM resource on New projects/Initiatives and be able to propose and configure solutions on Oracle applications Support and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) Coordinate and/or deliver end-user training as appropriate Ensure data integrity through periodic review and audit of the finance and supply chain systems Ensure timely and controlled access of information across the organization Analyze and develop long term solutions for Bare Escentuals corporate finance and supply chain systems and make recommendations and proposals for improved effectiveness and efficiency Define and design solutions for captured business requirements and map the solution onto the Oracle e-Business Suite Educate users in the supply chain divisions on appropriate input and update processes and data utilization techniques Create and manage documentation as appropriate Maintain current knowledge of business analysis techniques and the Oracle e-Business Suite Requirements: 7+ years of IT industry work experience as Business systems analyst in supply chain business systems analysis, solution design, and deployment using Oracle applications. 5 years of experience Supporting/Implementing/configuring Oracle applications R12. Strong knowledge of Integration with Oracle financials Modules is needed. Expertise in Oracle e-Business suite best practices, including at least one full cycle implementation (R12 or 11.5.10) Expert knowledge of Oracle e-Business architecture and administration and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle supply chain modules (OM, Shipping, Inv., WIP, PO , MRP , Costing etc.) Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business customers Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language to end users and Senior management Excellent communication and presentation skills Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Strong multi-tasking capabilities Bachelors or Master's degree (preferred) in computer science or related technical field or equivalent experience Apply Now
