I maintain a site (globalministriesonline.com) that uses Gravity Forms to register new members. We have had several complaints that one of the forms constantly resets after finishing the first page (the form is set to be paginated) and never completes (tried in multiple different browsers and computers). I don't know that this happens for everyone (it doesn't for me, but I'm the admin...), but it's causing us to lose potential members. The page is /join/application-form/online-application-form/ I need someone to troubleshoot and fix this so this doesn't continue. Must be comfortable with the Gravity Forms plugin.
