*Experience handling complex technical issues with Oracle vendor and assist in problem resolution. *Experience designing and implementing Oracle database utilities (backup and recovery) and using Oracle diagnostic and monitoring tools. *Experience with Oracle and SQL performance and tuning. *Excellent written and oral English communication skills. *Experience with SDM or equivalent process/life cycle methodologies. *Capability to present complex database issues to senior IT and non-IT management. *Data analysis and modeling experience. *Experience managing formal concern resolution process between stakeholders (developers, operations and vendors). *Experience in supporting critical production environment. *Experience working on large Oracle database applications.
