Job Description: Client Program Supervisor for local food manufacturer Supervison for over 250 temporary associates working. We have an immediate opening for an On-Site Program Supervisor in Torrance, CA. This job will require an On-site Supervisor the position requires a very high level of customer service and flexibility to work 3rd shift, weekends and holidays between 4 locations. Ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and maintain detail oriented notes on candidates and schedules, labor tracking reports and meet daily performance goals. Essential Duties: · Ensures that candidates thoroughly understand the duties and responsibilities of the assignment Maintains thorough and accurate documentation of all client, candidate and temporary employee interactions and paperwork. · Account Management Job Experience: . Recruiting/ Order filling · Develops long term relationships with Associates while on assignment, striving to decrease turnover · Performs Associate coaching and counseling, disciplinary action, and employee terminations. · Administrative duties as assigned · Process payroll, audit/edit clock daily for accuracy · Update work schedules weekly Bi-lingual English/Spanish If you are interested in this position please contact your manager.
