Our client is looking to build out their team of web developers supporting one of their new product's. This is a web based application hosted in a cloud and used by their different clients. The application is used to build out very detailed reports about individual's trip's to the hospital. Each time a patient goes into the hospital, or ER, there are over 150 measures that are reported on. This could be anything from the wait time in the ER to the time it takes to get Aspirin. It could also be how good the care is and the measurements around that. All of the results from this tool will be displayed in a web based application. From this new product, hospitals are able to take the analytics and figure out how to improve their services. They will also be able to build reports based on the results from this application. This application supports a huge amount of data feeds from many different hospitals. Because of this, they are using NoSQL databases to support this application (non relational databases) such as Cassandra, Lucine and Zookeeper. These are the same NoSQL databases that Facebook and Google are using. The application is being written in ASP.NET, C#, MVC and Visual Studio. They are also using JavaScript and JQuery.
