Salesforce.com Administrator
Major Media Company in New York City is looking to add a Salesforce.com Admin to their team. o Manage the Salesforce.com platform. - Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures - Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users - Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity - Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve - Assist users with report design and management - Process Discovery and Management - Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they related to the database - Work with development team to maintain, track and enhance salesforce - Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions - Work closely with Project Manager, analysts, and developers to enhance salesforce instance. Key Skills: 1. Ability to administer Salesforce.com 2. Thorough understanding of profiles, roles, and permissions. 3. Data manipulation and cleaning 4. Understanding Integration scenarios and design 5. Strong documentation and training skills 6. Interface with staff developing strategy as technical advisor Qualifications: - 4-6 years experience with SFDC administration and implementation - Thorough knowledge of profiles, roles, permissions. - Proficient in data manipulation. - Salesforce.com expert-level experience required. - 5+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales operations, planning and analysis in a technology-driven organization. - Demonstrated expertise in project management and process improvement. Problem-solving and strong analytical ability with orientation for detail and accuracy. - Able to work independently with limited direction. Action-oriented and willing to make decisions with limited information. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities. - Team player who works productively with wide range of people and personalities. Strong aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration and teaming. Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
