Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Oracle Database Performance Tuning Expert for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial clients in, Lawrenceville, NJ. Required Skills: * Shall possess Oracle database performance tuning as well as modeling expertise to design and develop components for data retrieval and performance reporting needs, supporting the expansion of system scaling. * A minimum of 6 years of experience with Oracle database technologies. * Strong experience with database profiling and performance tuning. * Experience in database physical modeling and query optimization. * Strong knowledge in database concepts, PL/SQL, related tools and technologies and working experience in large scale data environments. * Experience with any VLDB or Big Data technology and data warehousing is preferred * Implementation knowledge of database features, collections and algorithms.
