POSITIONS OPEN AS OF JULY 16. Major biotech / pharmaceutical company in Thousand Oaks has long term contract positions open for experienced Data Center Technical Leads. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee one or more projects in our client's Security Initiative. Will be responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources, and developing and managing schedules to ensure the timely completion of project within budget and timeline. Must be familiar with the systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Job Responsibilities: - Manages the successful creation, modification expansion and transition of complex information systems, related processes and programs on all projects for the assigned areas. - Anticipates, evaluates and resolves multiple, simultaneous organizational project issues and risks, delays and problems by utilizing project management and business expertise. - Promotes and develops communication and coordination between or among project team members and management - Creates and manages project documentation. - Complies with practices, policies, procedures, legal requirements, and goals of project sponsors and approved methodologies. - Acts as a workflow coordinator to ensure resources are being optimally utilized.
