Job Description: POSSIBLE TEMP-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITIES, 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT, 10 HOUR DAYS Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate efficient running of production line under direction of Production Supervisor and in coordination with Lead Cooks 2. Train and coach Production Associates on performance of each production line station in accordance with company standards 3. Ensure that each phase of production line is performed correctly and that appropriate supply levels (e.g., caps, glass, labels) are maintained 4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for production inventory, production efficiency and, quality, sanitation, and other key factors 5. Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shift 6. Report any conditions that need attention to appropriate manager. 7. Show initiative in suggesting ideas on improving the operation/efficiency 8. Perform line changes and minor adjustments to equipment 9. Troubleshoot equipment problems in coordination with mechanic Job Experience: Additional Responsibilities 1. Follow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment 2. Assist with inventory spot checks and other inventory-related duties as needed. 3. 4. May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically as business needs require 5. Perform other job duties as assigned Education, Experience, and Skills 1. High school education or equivalent 2. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs on a regular basis and to stand for several hours at a time 3. 2-3 years manufacturing or equivalent experience 4. Mechanical aptitude required 5. Must be able to read write and communicate in English 6. Ability to operate electrical and manual pallet jacks 7. Experience and proven ability to work well in a fast paced environment 8.
