Job Purpose: Manages Remodeling and Insurance Restorations by preparing and completing projects; supervising sub-contractors. The right candidate will be paid a percentage of every job!!!!! Duties: * Schedule Jobs in advance with clients,subcontractors, and suppliers Accurately perform take offs and orders for the following remodeling jobs, Bathroom Remodeling Kitchen remodeling siding windows doors roofing * must perform job-site visits to ensure proper quality installations, safety, and customer service * Constant recruiting of quality sub contractors Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have "tool-belt experience and project management experience, must be very organized, and basic computer skills ( emails, Google calendars,fax and very basic typing skills needed) Also previous insurance restoration is a BIG plus, Also even tempered and calm personality is also a must with our demanding customers.
