Immediate warehouse staff needed. Total recruitment agency are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to be a part of a successful team on the Argos Contract in Kettering. Team Members play a vital role in the running of the operation, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of customer stock and store orders for Argos. The Role:- • Reporting into the Warehouse Team Leaders • Receiving and putting away deliveries of customer’s stock • Adhering to Health & Safety policies and procedures • Loading LGV vehicles with customer orders • Maintaining a clean working environment • Working as part of a successful team The Person:- • Motivated, reliable flexible and able to work as part of a successful team • Will ideally have previous experience of similar roles • Able to work weekends when on rota to do so • Will be able demonstrate a hands-on approach • Will adhere to Company policies and procedures The Package:- • Incentivised pay rates • Am and Pm shifts £6.50ph and nights £7.00ph • These are flat rates 7 days a week, additional hours available at above rates • All staff will be put onto shift rota so you will know in advance when you are working If you are interested for this job role please contact Total recruitment on the number 07795 198518 or 07557 988335.
