I am looking to create a website where people can create an account and then enter personal information relating to their last wishes and requests. This information can then be viewed by family members and friends who can use the information to ensure the persons wishes are carried out at the time of their funeral. Someone who can design a database capable of handling customer information that is supplied through the website. The person will need to design the database application, either by adapting an existing application, such as Focalmedia's Powerseek, or by creating a custom database from scratch. Job Description: The job will involve the creation of a database that will store customer information. This information needs to be accessable both to the original user and friends or groups of people who are allowed access by the user. A rough outline would be - Customer creates a new account through the website. Customer adds information about their wishes and requests. Customer sets up privacy settings stating which other people may view the information Customer tells other family members about their account. The family members then sign up through the website. Customer then adds family members to their friends and family list, providing them access to the information they have stored. Friends and family can then use this information after the customer has died to ensure their requests are carried out.
