I need a small php app that goes through all the mysql databases and tables on 2 different servers looking for a part of a string in a column. The column name is always the same but the table is not. When it finds the string It looks it up in a database to see if it has been downloaded before. if so it replaces the string with the data it has saved. It not it then downloads the file from the string and saves it remembering where it has saved it too, It then edits the original string in the database and points it to the new position.
