This process consists of synthesizing functional and technical specifications to develop web applications following our standards for coding, documentation, design, and security practices. Lead Software Engineers mentor Senior and Software Engineers to help them develop their skills and abilities. They collaborate and work closely with Project Managers and System Architects. This position is integral to the success of the team and Lead Engineers must actively participate in both internal and external (client-facing) meetings.
