Position:The developer will be working as part of a large scale project to Design, Develop and Implement, High Performance solution utilizing open source distributed computing / Big Data products. Near Real time capabilities of the solution enables the users to easily and rapidly detect the system performance and execute corrective/preventive measures. The System collects data from the Modules deployed, the data is reported for over a 120,000 devices (and increasing exponentially every day) this data is analyzed with benchmarks and within themselves over various aspects and reported through Flex and geographically over Google maps. The system allows the customer to efficiently process terabytes of complex data stream from field sensors and visualize analytical information in real-time / near real time on a management/reporting portal. The system reports almost real time data and also provides interfaces to configure and maintain these devices. Location: Jersey City, NJ Must Have Strong core java knowledge. Experience in working with Spring and Hibernate. Strong RDBMS knowledge. Working knowledge of web application servers like tomcat and Jboss. Quick learner with good problem solving skills. Good to have Previous knowledge of extracting data from HBase or any other NoSQL database. Working knowledge of Unix commands. Previous knowledge of working with Apache CXF Web Service, ActiveMQ, Ehcache.
