On behalf of one of our clients, TEKsystems is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. This resource will be responsible for delivering medium to large Business Transformation projects. This role will also entail identifying, defining and designing strategic business and technology solutions and significant enhancements to existing products. Qualifications: -Ability to document and analyze the current business environment; develop and capture a business vision; define and evaluate solution options; assess impacts on business operations; develop transition plans; plan and implement pilots; develop measurement and reporting strategies; and implement the end solution(s). -Experience developing integrated operational process models/maps to support new or improved service delivery models. Ability to communicate both summarized and detailed process changes. Ability to identify and communicate operational impacts to project stakeholders at various levels in the organization for related system development, policy changes, procedures documentation, training, communication, and change management activities. -Ability to solve complex problems, and present solutions in clear terms leading to acceptance by audiences from operational staff to senior executive. -Ability to work with others to define business requirements for system changes through prototypes and conceptual design documents. -Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills. -Ability to develop professional presentations for various internal and external audiences. -Knowledge of project management principles only as they relate to a Senior Business (Systems) Analyst role.
