Hello. We own several softwares which relate to a key international industry. We would like to identify extra programmers who can contribute to new development for the product range. Several Projects are under review for initiation. The following provide some basic guidance and we would like to hear from you (on one some or all of the below) so we can prepare a short list for more detailed quotation. If you make the short list we will provide a more detailed technical brief. The following notes provide a guide to the projects. PROJECT ONE : MOBILE APPLICATION We are looking for programmers to develop a mobile application (Android, IPhone maybe Windows Phone etc compliant) which will feed off our existing SQL database and provide metrical information about use patterns, alerts, and similar information in a smart visual format. Customers want to be able to access information from the existing softwares (VB and .net SQL database) using their devices so this application will "take from" the information created elsewhere through other interfaces and display it and enable responses of various kinds. It might also display existing HTML reports (not sure yet). The main purpose of the app is to extract and display existing data, enable responses (a message or a yes no response or rating response) and show graphs and charts which give the user a picture of what is going on in the other softwares (examples would be log ons by hour, department, user, items which have been looked at or not looked at etc etc). These data exist in the SQL database. PROJECT TWO VISUAL WEB GUI (Gizmox) ASP.NET One of our softwares uses Visual Web Gui. We want to add new features. Visual Web Gui provides an an environment for developing ASP.NET. You would need to become familiar (a small learning curver for an experienced developer), Also you will know how to handle NHibernate, Entity Frameworks, Active Record or a similar industrial level data access protocol. The main upcoming projects are (a) to build e-forms to handle work processes (users defines forms from a template structure provided by us and uses an organizational chart from existing SQL database to route the forms etc etc), and (b) to build an environment for uploading videos and displaying them and counting use per logged on user and creating small units of learning [screen based delivery of information] and distributing them via an existing distribution methodology in the software (chooses audience and then sends to their webpage in the program). PROJECT THREE Mobile application to allow users to access the Forms and Learning items prepared in Project Two. Might be a variant of or component in Project One.
