The Desktop Support Technician will provide technical desk side support for our client. - The Desktop Support Technician will install, troubleshoot, and perform minor repair on desktop and laptop equipment and accessories. - The technician may also solve users' routine problems with network or applications software. - May also be working on PC Deployments - We are looking for an individual with experience in various aspects of desktop support and Windows 2000/XP. - The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work well with demanding users and enjoy working in a challenging environment.
