Job Responsibilities: - Support Tier 1 and 2 Network Operations for DSL NOC - Open and close trouble tickets in accordance with client procedures - Navigate through 10- 12 programs at any given time to find resolution for trouble tickets - Resolve issues or escalate to the next level - Provide excellent internal and external customer service - Maintain good rapport with engineers Job Qualifications: - Qualified technicians should have DSL/NOC experience and available to work in a 24/7 work environment. - Troubleshooting experience in a High Speed Network - Job may require a college degree or relevant experience without a degree; - Must be able to work shift hours, weekends and holidays in a 24x7 control center; - Must be able to navigate in Windows environment; - Must have good oral and written communication skills; - Ability to exercise flexibility and resourcefulness (with assistance from others) in challenging and /or perplexing situations; - Possess good basic organizations skills; - Telecommunication experience (highly preferred HSI and network elements); - Knowledge of Tier I maintenance and surveillance of HSI network Discover all that's possible with Yoh.
