This is your chance to work for one of the best companies in the world!! Our team is searching for a project coordinator to join a long term assignment located in Cupertino, CA. You,'(tm)d be joining an already established team who are in need of additional help due to a flood of new projects. You,'(tm)ll assist in the coordination and management of retail development, remodels and preservation programs for retail stores. Some of the specific roles and responsibilities are listed below. • Assist in the administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and document control. Proactively seeks ways to streamline daily processes and procedures. • Communicate between multiple departments and vendors. • Demonstrate the experience of effecting projects on complex and high profile interiors/exteriors/fixtures. Which include mall, in-line and free standing retail structures. • Strong written and verbal communication to the stores and to corporate Headquarters. • It includes creating project plans, managing project timelines and deliverables, providing timely updates to management and escalating critical risks to project, management and senior-executive teams. • Candidates should have exceptional organizational skills, a great attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Key Qualifications • Have thorough knowledge of the project management cycle and required leadership is necessary to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and are consistent within the larger context of the program/project. • Act independently and as a top-level contributor in determining project direction and frequently be a team leader on major, complex projects. • Experience managing projects/programs of all sizes, including large, cross-functional contact center or support initiatives. • Experience with the ground-up high quality construction of retail, office and civic buildings • Cost and schedule creation and management to achieve outcomes of the store development • Generate key milestones and overseeing contractor and architect schedules to meet the project program set out • BS/BA or equivalent degree Nice to have, but not required experience • Experience overseeing retail store renovations and remodels and working with external contractors and vendors. ***If you are interested in exploring this opportunity, please reach out to Brandon Macchi with Modis at brandon.macchi@modis.com***
