Our client who owns www.techngcentral.com had a server outage and lost all of the contents of his website. The client made a backup of his home directory. The site was partially rebuilt. We need someone to take it the remainder of the way.   The only files we have for the website are the directory backup that our client made. Be prepared to made the corrections from these files.   The site should look similar in style to www.hardocp.com: The page should be centered with margins on the left and right side.  There should be a separate section on top for "featured articles and one for "news".  The menu on the left side should be dynamic - created/deleted via the Joomla backend We have attached an image of what the site looked like before the outage. We do not have any other images or a PSD for the website.   This is a small job that our firm does not have the capacity for right now. Price is not negotiable after the job commences.
