Job Description: Business Analyst Duration: Contract-to-Hire (7 Months Initially) Compensation: $35.00/hr Reference: 225287 Qualified Candidates should have or be aware: -3-5 Years of BUSINESS ANALYST EXPERIENCE -Bachelors/Masters Degree -Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience with a focus on requirements documentation and test skills. -Liberty Mutual does conduct background and credit checks upon hire. Prestine credit to Liberty is having 4 or fewer accounts in bad standing. In this role you will use your business and technical knowledge to participate in the re-engineering of business reporting technology to improve business results. You will evaluate business requirements and/or system requirements. You will develop test plans, execute test scenarios, and log system defects when appropriate to approve new system and reporting behaviors. Responsibilities: *Evaluates complex business requirements; *Develops and maintains comprehensive business requirement documentation *Develops business client testing strategies, plans cases and conditions; tests and monitors testing efforts; *Prepares user documentation and training materials *Communicates with internal customers on project status *May lead projects or sub-projects of moderate complexit Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience with a focus on requirements documentation and test skills.
