Do you have strong Remedy skills and Asset Management experience? We have multiple contract openings for Remedy Analysts for long-term engagements for one of our clients in Fort Worth, TX. The primary duties will be working on Remedy database to add and update asset management. You will also assist with Remedy workflows and assist in creating training documentation. Three years of experience with and a strong understanding of the BMC Remedy application is required, along with a basic understanding of a Data Warehouse. Solid skills with Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word are needed. Experience with Visio and Technical Documentation experience is a plus. The ability to type at 40 WPM or more is essential, and effective verbal and written communication skills are a must. We seek reliable self-starters with initiative and leadership skills that have the ability to gather information, produce solutions and are solid team players.
