Title : Sr. QA Tester Terms : 12 month contract/contract to hire Target Compensation : $40-55 Location : Foster City, CA (free shuttle available from Millbrae BART and downtown San Francisco) Target Start Date : 7/23/2012 Company Size : 10,000 + globally Industry : global payments technology company Job Overview: The Corporate Business Systems team provides support for Finance, Revenue, Human Resources, Customer Relationship Management and Corporate Risk applications. This includes managing system requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance of corporate applications. The team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions. Key responsibilities: - Serve as technical configuration resource for the Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) system platform. - Provide GRC System application/configuration design support to meet project and business requirements. - Collaborate with business customers in applying process and functional requirements to application design modifications. - Maintain communication with GRC System vendor resources for maintenance and performance issues. - Collaborate with other Visa IT groups for project and BAU support activities. - Execute BAU (business as usual) support activities for GRC system including user provisioning, incident and change management. - Maintain System configuration documentation as changes are implemented in the GRC platform Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - Years Experience: 7+ in information technology field. - 2 years minimum in relational database administration/management experience, i.e. MS SQL Server. - 3 yrs minimum providing support for enterprise-wide business applications. - Enterprise Risk and Compliance system experience preferred. - 3+ years experience managing or advanced configuration with the RSA Archer GRC framework - Archer Certification required within 6 month of employment (at company expense) -Ability to interface effectively with the business acting as an interpreter of systems issues - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Team oriented, collaborative and diplomatic, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities. - Comfortable in an environment of rapid change and ambiguity If you may be interested in this position or have any questions, please email or call me directly.
