LGS Innovations, a leader in government telecommunications and network integration, is seeking a Temporary Contractor to perform Network Security Tool Developer activities in our Florham Park, NJ office. This person will perform software design, implementation and testing of a network security tool developed from an LGS reference prototype and incorporating open source tools. Responsibilities: Design and implement software solutions Design test cases and evaluate solution effectiveness Document software and evaluation results Perform other duties as required Skills and Experience: 5-10 years related experience BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or EE preferred Strong software development skills and demonstrated experience in JAVA, C/C++ and Python Software development experience on both Windows and Linux platforms Knowledge of penetration testing tools (e.g. metasploit) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience developing production software from reference prototype Experience with penetration testing tools, including metasploit, NMAP, xprobe, etc. Knowledge of operating system fingerprinting, service fingerprinting Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques, including classification and probabilistic planning Implementation of penetration testing or open source tools Implementation of AI algorithms To apply for this job go to the below link: http://tbe.taleo.net/NA4/ats/careers/jobSearch.jsp?org=GOVCOLUCENT&cws=1
