Our client is searching for a Business Analyst capable of quickly adjusting to a financial environment, assessing the situation, and using waterfall methodology to quickly resolve any issues. This individual will be a part of a team that consists of 2 Developers, 3 Engineers, 2 BAs, and 1 PM. This is all in support of Our Client's Identity and Access Management within the Enterprise Technology Risk Management team. This individual will be responsible for coming in, assessing problems within the team and providing processes to improve business. 1. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst - no one that has been a PM or has gone back and forth. This needs to be a very processes driven Business Analyst 2. Six Sigma - Black Belt preferred (read additional details as to why) 3.
