IOS DEVELOPMENT (iPhone). I'm looking for an IOS or Android developer to build an mobile app for me. This project was on hold but I'm moving forward with it IMMEDIATELY. I'm want someone that will knock this out within two weeks after starting. I have a limited budget for this but will pay a small bonus for successful implementation; also, I plan to travel offshore if necessary to meet face to face with my developer. Basic functionality of the app will be as follows: (1) Capture user data (answers to SIX questions) via input from IOS PHONE--answers to be picked from a drop down box. (4) Upload above answers to cloud (Internet relational database). This is crucial! That's it! That's part 'A' of the project. Eventually, I will also need a website for this data.
