Job Responsibilities: - Generate functional requirements for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Program and gain approval of stakeholders to ensure that they meet business needs. - Conducts analysis of business processes and functional requirements. - Prepares appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information. - Coordinates cross-functional task forces to identify and document functional Requirements, work flow, information sources and distribution paths, and system Specifications. - Ability to understand existing data models / schemas and transform them into business requirements for doing deep dive analysis. - Perform analysis of business areas of responsibility to produce overall definitions of work-flow and discern needs currently filled using in-place or proposed solutions. - Define the business case for objectives of new projects, including identification of business needs. - Help identify the gaps in CRM data needs and data available. - Participate in business process engineering projects with the aim of continually improving the efficiency of the business. - Evaluate possible solutions to business issues. - Performs knowledge transfer. Job Qualifications: - Seven to ten years of experience in gathering business requirements. - Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills. - Strong technical writing skills including creation of Functional Specifications. - Good to have knowledge of Business Objects Reporting . - Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with individuals at all levels. - Knowledge of Marketing or CRM Loyalty Program is a requirement.
