Need an LLC operating agreement for a newly formed LLC. The LLC is owned by 2 members (husband and wife), and husband should own 51%, wife 49% and either members will be able to sign on any contractual agreements and conduct financial transactions, etc. The LLC will engage in consulting service and also develop products which if successful, might be spinned off to a separate corporation. Not looking for any complicated work, just the basics and simple terms. Need the doc to open bank accounts, etc. Final doc will provide 'fill in the blanks' fields to be customized.
