Skills & Experience Required A highly developed business expertise within a defined and specific area of the human resources functionality of SAP R/3 discipline, including a working knowledge of integration points Capacity to apply analytical and problem solving skills using advanced tools and techniques Experience in the end to end implementation of SAP notes, support packs including testing and assurance Knowledge of HR/Payroll processes Sound understanding of the processes relating to system enhancement evaluation and delivery Highly advanced Computer skills over a range of software applications Strong client focus and proven service delivery experience Demonstrated experience in the preparation of Reports and relevant documents Capacity to negotiate and resolve issues with a range of people at all levels.
