TAD PGS, INC. is seeking an FAA – Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for one of our aerospace clients in Greer, SC. Duration: 8 months contract-to-hire Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 hr DOE Shift: Monday – Friday; 1st shift. You will: Responsible for development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems in an FAA Repair Station environment. May develop and analyze a range of products. Implement process improvements to existing product to enhance quality, delivery and/or cost of product/process. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field is required. Strong computer skills including MS Office, Modeling, SPC software. Ability to interpret complex customer and industry technical requirements and develop shop floor documents for a seamless transition to a high quality robust production process. Experience implementing LEAN principles into manufacturing and quality control plans is preferred. Must be a US Citizen and pass an DOT/FAA drug screening and background check.
