I have a spreadsheet of 2,000 names, addresses, DOBs, etc. and they each need to be entered in to an online form (2 different forms I can break the list up for.) One of the forms has a captcha and needs an email address "made up" for each name (because they don't have email addresses) and the other has neither the requirement of the email or captcha.
