I need a mobile app for both iPhones and Androids created for HighDrunk.com... so in an essence this is for 2 apps. I am hoping if you can create an app for the iPhone it will work on an iPad as well. The app is created for HighDrunk.com so it must act like HighDrunk.com where you can view and vote on Images and Videos. The app must also allow users to upload images and videos that they have just taken on their phone (including the email option just like the site has an email option when uploading).
