We are currently looking for a programmer that has very strong programming skills and is familiar with frequency co-ordination process for spectrum management to assist with finishing our web based frequency co-ordination software program. The program needs to be able to take into account requirements with frequency band rules for Australian spectrum management to help calculate available frequencies for the implementation for a new fixed service (microwave link). Given some input parameters like; Tx power, antenna types, frequency band, site co-ordinates all existing services need to be analyzed and protection ratios calculated to ensure that the and existing services do not receive interference fromt he proposed service and visa versa.
