When a student finishes a class we currently type their name into an access database, save it, modify the date of completion and the date of expiration using a word template then print their certification card on pre-printed cards. If they have taken two courses, I must repeat this process as the pre-printed cards are different. I would like to automate this process. There are a total of two pre-printed card sets I would like to: Open the application Enter names Choose the class they completed Choose the date completed and have the expiration date input automatically (two-years after completion) Save and print.
